About me
I grew up in the heart of my parents' restaurant—quite literally above it. The daily rhythm of cooking, hospitality, warmth and hard work was ingrained in me from a young age.
After earning my degree from hotel school and completing successful internships both domestically and abroad, I’ve had the pleasure of cooking at many beautiful weddings and gained valuable experience working in various à la carte restaurants. In the past two years I've had the opportunity to take on some amazing projects as a private chef, cooking in some of the most beautiful locations across Europe. These experiences have allowed me to bring my culinary skills to a wide range of settings, each one unique and inspiring.
I prioritise organic and fresh ingredients, letting the natural taste of each component shine through. But most importantly, people often tell me that when the table is filled with my food, it gives them a warm, comforting feeling—a sense of coming home.
